newbie question (parallel pragma)

Postby lindir » Thu May 22, 2008 6:08 am

Hi, i have to study the parallel pragma behaviour for university. Anyone can tell me where i have to search the specific file, which contains pragma parallel instructions, in gcc repository? I found on google that it's a folder called source but i don't find it
thanks

If you are looking for the gcc source code, then you should go to http://gcc.gnu.org/viewcvs/. If you look under "trunk" you will see directories for "gcc" and "libgomp". In these directories you will find the source code for the gcc compiler and runtime library for OpenMP. I hope that helps.

I am not sure what you mean when you say "no". File omp-low.c is listed http://gcc.gnu.org/viewcvs/trunk/gcc/. If you select it (click on omp-low.c), you will go to http://gcc.gnu.org/viewcvs/trunk/gcc/omp-low.c?view=log. Then you will see "view" and "download" where you can either view the source or download it.
