OpenMP for mobile devices?

Mobile devices now have multiple cores. What's the state of OpenMP for Android, iOS, and Windows Phone/RT?

It doesn't look so. In GCC 4.7.0 from GNU I cannot find any support for Open MP or POSIX thread (pthread) for ARM.
However for Raspberry Pi POSIX thread is available.
