Just wondering if any directives for GPUs will be included this time around?

I assume this is really a question about the OpenMP V3.1 spec - which is posted for users to review. To answer your question, nothing was added to the specification this time to support GPUs. Work has been going on to do this and you should see something in the next specification after V3.1 - IF the committee decides that it is something that should be added.
