Minor omissions

• 4 Environment Variables: On page 151 is a list of all environment variables, but the newly added OMP_PROC_BIND is missing
• D Interface Declarations: The newly added function omp_in_final is missing from the example interface declaration files
• Version 3.0 to 3.1 Differences While this section is supposed only to list major changes, it helps both users and implementers to have a somewhat comprehensive list. I think the following items should be additionally listed:
  
  • New environment variable OMP_PROC_BIND
  • The environment variable OMP_NUM_THREADS can take a list to specify the number of nested threads
