Some days ago, administrator of the academic cluster (based on Linux) at my university, made a huge system actualization. After that, I can`t compile any program which have some OpenMP operations. Server gives an output like that:
$ icc -openmp reduction.cpp -o test
Command-line error: invalid GNU version number: 423
compilation aborted for reduction.cpp (code 4)
Administrator don`t know what is the reason of that strange behavior of the icc compiler. So that`s why I wrote at this forum. Maybe someone could help me, and tell me what may cause this problem?
I would be very thankful for your help
