Enhancement proposals for the 3.0 draft

Hi,

I read a few parts of the draft, here are some things that do not seem right to me (but maybe I am wrong) :

- On page 169 line 24 after examle A.10.1f it says "The example prints: 2 3." However I do not see that anything is printed in the example (at least if bar is an unknown function).

- Shouldn't the output of the example A.10.2.f on page 170 line 20 to 25 have only two colums, because "print *, klast, jlast" only prints two variables?

- There is a typo on page 323 line 17 "The omp_get_active_level runtime library routine has benn added": benn -> been

Thank you for pointing out the typo, I will add it to the list for 3.0 fixes, and see if there is some way to make it more clear (perhaps with better formatting) that the examples follow the descriptions.
