[Omp] Re: [Omp-lang] Recommended book on OpenMP?

Most of the 27 Amazon hits really have little to do with
OpenMP. Most of these have a handful of "references"
to OpenMP but the books deal with grid computing, general
architecture (e.g., Hennessy and Patterson), heterogeneous
cluster computing, or surveys of parallel methods.

In this Amazon lineup, there are only two books that
specifically address OpenMP:
Parallel Programming in OpenMP, Chandra, et al
(very dated and incomplete unless they've come
		out with a new edition).
Parallel Programming in C with MPI and OpenMP, Quinn
(Shameless plug for my dissertation professor.
But this book is only partially about OpenMP
		and is restricted to C).

I don't consider either of these to be a home run, but the
Chandra, et al is still the definitive work.

We NEED a new book on OpenMP that details for Fortran/C/C++
the use of the most up-to-date standard. Surely one of us is
willing to step up to the plate. :-)
