[Omp] OpenMP Performance Measurement

Hello all,

I have an OpenMP and a serial version of a C++ program. I would like to 
compare the runs of these two implementations in terms of running time, 
CPU utilization, memory occupied etc. Other than the standard system 
utilities such as "time" command, I  was wondering if there are other 
profiling tools for this task. Any pointers, past experiences with 
different tools, recommendations are welcome.
