Dear OMP people,
Maybe this is not the right place to pose such a question but,
I am new to OpenMP and I would like to ask you something which is really
strange:

In SuSE 9.0 when you run an openMP application you can see in top
utility all the threads which are running and their number is equal
to the number specified in the variable OMP_NUM_THREADS.

In SuSE 9.2 you can only see one instance of the program that is running
occupying (number_of_cpus/OMP_NUM_THREADS*100)% CPU resources. Is there
any way of changing that behaviour of top under SuSE 9.2?

Best Wishes!
D.K.
