No, VS6 does not support OpenMP.
Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 (still in beta) supports OpenMP. For
Windows you might be interested in Intel's compilers (Fortran and C++)
which support OpenMP and integrate nicely into Visual Studio. Probably
there are more OpenMP-enabled compilers for Windows available (PGI ?!?).
