[Omp] Simulate processors to estimate speedup

Hi, is it possible to simulate n processors to estimate how effective
my program is ?  I currently only have access to a 2 proc processors
and want to estimate the speedup on say 16 processors.  I use the Intel
Compiler and the test machine is a dual proc 3.06 Ghz Pent4  .  Thanks,
