[Omp] spam alert

Dear omp list:

We've received a great deal of spam to the list in the last day or
two. I have to manually approve any messages posted by non-members.
There were 812 messages this morning (!) . I found one that looked
legitimate and approved it. However, I may have missed some. So please
repost if you don't see your message.

We hope to resolve this spam problem shortly when we rehost to a
web server that we control.
