[Omp] Cluster OpenMP examples (icc 9.1)

Greetings!

I am looking for code examples to illustrate the use
of Cluster OpenMP with icc 9.1 compiler.

I have been able to successfully install the icc 9.1
evaluation version on Ubuntu Dapper.

I did find some simple examples from the Cluster
OpenMP workshop:

There is a mention of clomp_tools.tar.gz file in Larry
Meadows presentation, but, I am unable to find it in
http://premier.intel.com.

I'd appreciate any code examples to illustrate the
above, or if you can send it to me offline, that will
be helpful too.
