[Omp] OpenMP and Design Patterns

Hi Daniel

I recently read the book:

Patterns for Parallel Programming (Software Patterns Series) 
by Timothy G. Mattson, Beverly A. Sanders, Berna L.  Massingill 

which I found quite useful. Besides openmp it has samples in MPI 
and javathreads.
